I don't know you!!

Wrong numbers on my work cell:
816-358-9842
816-935-9011
816-678-6242
816-838-2519
Strange Text Message on my work cell:
Please Call 872961779171777

My guess? Someone got a new cell phone and gave out the number wrong. Or maybe five random people fat-fingered the phone number all withing a few days.

H20

Had another watermain break today in my neighborhood. Again it was on my street. It's getting closer to my house with each one. The next one should be right in front of my house, assuming it keeps it's current pattern of breaks up. Sadly this means, I couldn't get a shower before going to work today. Nor could I flush the toilet. Or wash my hands... or do anything that involves water. The joys of owning my own house right?

It did give me a chance to take the long way to work. And made me wonder if the elementry school across the street lost water too. I wonder what they do with the drinking fountains don't work and the toilets run out of water after one flush?

New Cheifs, same as the old Cheifs

Looks like the way to beat the KC Cheifs this year is the same way to beat them last year. Run, run, run and hope you score more than they do. Yes I know pre season is only the scrubs playing, but the scrubs are doing just as well as last years starting defence! But have no fear KC fans, the Cheifs will win many more games than my Dolphins who have no QB, who's Thug Reciever blew out his knee, and who's Druggie RB decided to quit becase it was costing him to much money to smoke pot and fail drug tests. I don't see how they can win any games this year. Not on offence anyway.

Missouri Driving 101

This is a post I've been meaning to make for some time. It might become a regular post. I'm going to be pointing out the stupid things I see Missouri drivers do.

Today I run accross a Claycomo cop driving backwards in the opposite lane from me. No lights flashing, no sirens blaring, just driving backwards. Perhaps he was too lazy to drive 3 seconds down the hill to the park, turn around, go back up the hill and make his right hand turn and be on his way. Or maybe he doesn't know how to make a 3-point turn. I guess he just missed his turn, so he decided to drive backwards until he could make it.

Tonight I wached the mini van in front of me make a right hand turn from the left turn lane.

Welcome to Missouri where we almost drive as bad as Illinois.

Star Wars Planets

"George was very specific about not wanting to see the same thing over and over again. We're visiting a lot of planets in Episode III, so when we cut to Kashyyyk really quickly, you have to know where you are." --Concept Design Supervisor Ryan Church.

Planets, Moons & Death Stars

Episode I: 3 Planets
Episode II: 5 Planets
Episode III: ? at least 1 Planet
Episode IV: 1 Planet, 1 Moon, 1 Death Star
Episode V: 1 Planet, 1 Moon, 1 Cloud City
Episode VI: 1 Planet, 1 Moon, 1 Death Star

Someone correct me if I've mis-remembered ;)
