Webmail Startup Will Pay Users To Receive Spam

Webmail Startup Will Pay Users To Receive Spam: "Startup Affini launched a free email service on Wednesday that will eventually pay users to receive advertisements."

That's an interesting idea and all, but I don't see how Affini will collect any money from the spamers. If they fail to collect, thus fail to pay me, I'll probably not bother to check the email account anymore. Or what happens if they fail to collect, but pay me anyway... how long until they go broke?
