Umm... Looks like Flipper is so out of touch with the commen man that he doesn't know you are supose to drop your pants before sticking your head up your butt!
But he has cheating at the debate down pat. Although, this one wonders if Presiden Bush is soooo dumb, why did Flipper need a cheat sheet? I mean come on! I really, really, really hope he wasn't cheating. But I wouldn't be supprised if he did. Nor would I be supprised if he said he didn't cheat before he did...
